Overview

Qÿhtvehb Che Våd was founded durring the early 11th century, by Tshèqtê. The establishment of Qÿhtvehb Che Våd was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Qÿhtvehb Che Våd's construction back out of the project. Tshèqtê pushed on reguardles, and Qÿhtvehb Che Våd was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Qÿhtvehb Che Våd was built using the conventions of Undermountain durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Qÿhtvehb Che Våd is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Qÿhtvehb Che Våd is buildings are arranged arrounded highly ordered system of premissive baked earthen streets which form hexical paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The city resides behind a palisade wall complete with battlments, a moat, and timber gatehouses with drawbridges. Qÿhtvehb Che Våd's robustly designed timber walls are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the city as needed.

Qÿhtvehb Che Våd has the unmistakable air of a city on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Qÿhtvehb Che Våd ’s existence has dried up and the city is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable.
